Difference between a serum and a moisturiser
A serum isn't a moisturiser.
Moisturisers hydrate the upper layers of the skin and generally come in a creamform.
By comparison, a correctly formulated serum, that can penetrate into the skin’s dermal layers can deliver potent ingredients which repair and restore long-term changes in the skin.
Typical pre-moisturising serums contain 2% hyaluronic acid.
Pure HylaGel® contains 15%.
Scientifically formulated Pure HylaGel® is the very finest serum for your skin.
A hyaluronic acid (HA) serum can only be absorbed into the skin if it is correctly formulated1.

To be absorbed into the dermal layers of the skin, the molecules of HA must have a low molecular weight and must not be cross-linked.
Pure HylaGel® molecules are not cross-linked and have a molecular weight of 18kDa.
This means easy absorbtion.
